Cream biscuits bring great luck to those who prepare them and those who eat them thanks to the shape of a horn. They are made thanks to the molds that have this elongated shape like the Napoli’s lucky horn. They are baked, quick to prepare, light and excellent to enjoy at breakfast and for a good and tasty dessert, I prepare them with cream, but if you want you can fill them with nutella, hazelnut cream, and many other good and delicious creams!
rectangular puff pastry 230 g
icing sugar q.s.
For the custard
1/2 l milk
eggs 2 yolks
thickener 50 g (0 potato starch or corn starch or cornstarch or 00 flour)
sugar 100 g
vanillin 1 sachet
Cut the puff pastry with a wheel to obtain 11 strips.
Butter the molds and wrap the strip of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
For the cream
In a saucepan, mix the sugar with the thickener.
Add the egg yolks, then slowly the milk.
Then simmer until the cream is thick.
Your cream biscuits are ready for you!
